TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Advocates under the Advokat Cinta Tanah Air (ACTA) group or homeland-loving advocates have officially lodged a report to the Elections Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) against incumbent president Joko “Jokowi” Widodo for an alleged campaign violation of utilizing a state-owned facility.
“We reported Pak Jokowi on a hidden campaign he did at the government-run TV station TVRI on Sunday at 20:30 local time. We suspected him of violating the Election Law,” said ACTA deputy chair Dahlan Pido at the Bawaslu office today.

According to Dahlan, Jokowi explained his candidacy program in a 30-minute TV program entitled Visi Presiden, or presidential visions.
ACTA was against Jokowi's explanation of his 13 million unit housing program aired by TVRI on January 13, 2019, and across a number of private TV stations.
Dahlan maintained that ACTA saw Jokowi’s statement as a means of a campaign, whereas the KPU ruled that campaigns can only be broadcast in mass-media 21 days before the end of the campaign period. “This means that you can only do that in March,” he said.
